As of August 26, 8:05am EDT, we have been experiencing service issues and have identified that the problem is isolated to a third party supplier. This is resulting in service disruptions affecting the SmartSolutions Web App platform and the KYB API, in particular access to company filings in both platforms and company credit checks through the KYB API.
We are working with the supplier to restore normal service. We will provide an update once we have further information from our supplier.
